Delete your account

This page is for people who use the Belura app or the Hirelli panel. Both use the same account. You can ask for your account and the data that belongs to it to be deleted in any of the three ways below.

How to ask

1. In the Belura app: open Account, then choose Delete my account.
2. On this page: write the email address of the account in the box below. We write to that address to confirm the request before anything is deleted.
3. By email, from the address of the account: [email protected]

What is deleted

• Your name, your email address and your sign-in details, including the link to a Google or Apple sign-in.
• If you are the owner of a company account: the company's workspace, with its AI workers and their memory, drafts, approvals, tasks, reports and call recordings, and its connections to other services.
• If you are a member of a company account: your own user. The company's workspace stays with its owner.

What is kept, and for how long

• Invoices and payment records: for as long as Turkish commercial and tax law requires, generally up to 10 years.
• Security logs: for at least 1 year.

What you say to the assistant with the microphone open is turned into text and the recording is not kept, so there is no recording of it to delete.

When

Within 30 days of the request being confirmed.
