Escrow protection
Payment is held in escrow for 7 days. If there is an issue the customer gets a refund; builders only earn after successful delivery.

Your cumulative earnings are automatically transferred to your account at the end of each month. No invoicing, no chasing, no delays.

When your total sales exceed $10K the system automatically upgrades your tier. No application or approval process required.

When is the commission deducted?+
When the customer pays, the platform automatically splits the correct amounts. Your net earnings are settled instantly and transferred to your account after a 7-day escrow period.
Does tier progression happen automatically?+
Yes. Once your cumulative sales exceed $10,000 the system automatically moves you to the Growth tier, and at $50,000 you become a Partner. This applies to future sales, not retroactively.
Is the customer charged anything extra?+
No. The customer only pays the price you listed. The commission is deducted from that amount, there is no extra charge to the customer.
Does the same commission apply to gig sales?+
Yes. Whether it is a monthly subscription or a one-time gig, the same tier commission rate applies.
Are there any platform usage fees?+
None. Signing up as a Builder, creating a profile, and listing agents are completely free. We only take a commission when a sale is made.
